Burttschell Rescue Ranch Spay/Neuter Agreement

Please be aware all fields are required and must be filled out in order for the agreement to submit.

I understand that by signing below I am agreeing that it is my responsibility to get my new puppy/dog and or kitten/cat spayed or neutered.

A puppy or kitten under 3 months old or younger at the time of adoption should be spayed or neutered by the age of 6 months BUT no later than 9 months of age. My adoption date is on my adoption agreement/application that I received on the adoption date, this is my agreement date. If pet is not spayed or neutered by this date, they MUST be returned to Burttschell Rescue Ranch, no exceptions.

I understand the time frame CAN be extended IF documented by your veterinarian, and the document is received by Burttschell Rescue Ranch (BRR) before the 90 days has expired for adults or within 60 days of the 9 months age for puppies or kittens, it must be written on the veterinarians letterhead explaining why the spay or neuter delay is necessary.

I understand that in order to receive my deposit back, I need to provide BRR a copy of the spay/neuter certificate or the dated invoice of the spay/neuter procedure within the time frame specified.

I also understand if I fail to meet the spay/neuter agreement terms, I forfeit my spay/neuter deposit and may risk having to return my adopted pet with NO adoption fee refunded.
